Summer Practice Schedule
AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE
Starting Monday, June 1, 2026
Monday - Friday
  • 10 years old and under:  4-5 pm
    (unless in Advanced Stroke & Turn)
  • 11 years old and over:  5-6 pm
*No practice Friday 6/19 or Wednesday 6/24

  • Stroke and Turn Session A:  6-7 pm

Stroke and Turn is an optional clinic and by placement only. Stroke and Turn clinics practice five days per week, Mon-Fri. To learn more, click on the link above and ask if space is still available.

MORNING PRACTICE
Starting Thursday, June 25th 
Monday - Friday
  • pre-team:  9-9:45 am
  • 10 years old and under:  9-10 am
    (unless in Advanced Stroke & Turn)
  • 11 years old and over:  8-9 am​
  • Stroke and Turn Clinics:
    • Advanced:  M-F 9:45-10:45 am
    • Intermediate:  M-F 10:30-11:30 am

Team Suit

The team suit for 2026 is the same as last year's: Nike HydraStrong Pool Lanes in Blue/Green. Team suits are available for purchase, not required. 

Ultimate Swim Shop will be on-site for your swimmers to try on the suits and purchase - date & time tbc.

If you choose not to purchase a team suit, non-team suits should be appropriate for competitive swim & meet day.

Swim Team Meets

The regular season dual meets for swimming typically occur on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between June 30 and July 23. Plus a mini-meet for 10&under swimmers on Sat July 11th.

The LSA swim meet calendar with location and opponents is posted on the team calendar. You can also find more details about the entire league schedule at www.pasda.org.

Participation in meets is fun and exciting for the swimmers and valuable to the team as a whole. Please make every effort to participate!!
Parent Volunteer Jobs:
Parent volunteers will be needed to help run the meets... and it's a great way to get an up-close view of the swimming action! 

We need more Stroke & Turn Officials to run our meets!
Training is offered on separate dates and takes less than an hour (a big thank you to Steve Czelusniak & Frank Fitzgerald who have agreed to run these clinics).
All swim families must sign-up to work 3 of the 5 swim meets or an equivalent work duty.
​NOTE: while members, babysitters or other representatives can fulfill on your behalf, we ask that timers, time recorders, score table and place judges be at least 16 years of age.
