Swim Team Practice
2017 Practice Schedule: Monday thru Friday
Afternoons until end of school
Practice will begin on Tuesday May 30th. While public schools are still in session, practice times will be weekday afternoons.
We understand that your swimmers’ schedules are very busy during this time of year and that school dismissal times vary. We simply ask that you please bring your swimmer to practice as often as you can. The coaches will understand if your child arrives late or needs to leave early.
For those swimmers new to the team, there will be a 2-week trial period to ensure that your swimmer is able to swim one length of the pool unassisted. This means they may not stop to rest on the wall or lane line.
No Swim or Dive Practice on Tuesday June 20th
Morning Practice Schedule: starting June 21st
SIGN-IN Sheet Every Practice
We ask that team members please sign-in when they arrive at practice. Sign-in sheets will be at the Pool entrance table. Team members will not be penalized for missing practice, rather the list is helpful for coaches to know exactly who is in attendance to ensure the safety of our swimmers and divers. Please remind your child to only sign themselves in and not their friends.

We have a new LSA team suit this year. If you were unable to attend the fitting day in May, please reach out directly to our vendor, Ultimate Swim Shop at 1-800-628-7946 to order the new LSA team suit.

RSVP: Participation Sign Up for Each Swim Meet

LSA Swim Team Families:
Please follow this link to Sign Up Genius where you can sign up to work in 3 LSA dual swim meets:
All swim families must sign-up to work 3 swim meets. If you cannot work yourself, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Some families pay a sitter or neighbor to complete the assignments. Other families cover for one another in exchange for watching younger siblings during the meets. The important thing is that you make these arrangements ahead of time. Most jobs are simple and can be performed by high schoolers (we do ask that timers, time recorders, score table and place judges be at least 16 years of age).
